Eurocell Group Ltd is seeking a hands-on Branch Supervisor for our Inverness trade branch. The role supports the Branch Manager in daily operations, delivering excellent customer service and achieving branch sales targets.

You will work 44 hours per week, with a basic salary of £29,918 and a realistic total earning potential up to £34,718 per year, plus healthcare and life assurance benefits. The role emphasizes customer engagement and efficient branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations with the Branch Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers.
• Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards and branch sales targets are achieved.
• Support sales target delivery while developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Assist with branch operations and support colleagues as required.
• Help ensure team actions are completed on time and in full.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and company policies.
• Undertake stock takes and audits.
• Maintain branch vehicle records and housekeeping.
