Eurocell plc, a market leader for uPVC products in the building industry, is recruiting a Trade Branch Manager to lead a busy branch in Leicester. You will drive sales, develop your team and deliver exceptional customer service while balancing operations and people management.

This permanent, site-based role offers a basic salary of £31,204 with a realistic total earnings potential up to £41,188 per year, a healthcare plan, life assurance and staff discounts, plus a structured induction and

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership and team management experience.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive sales.
• Full driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch and develop the team to achieve targets.
• Ensure branch operates efficiently and safely on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop relationships with customers and enhance sales and customer experience within the branch.
• Manage branch absences and deployment, and support recruitment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
