Eurocell are seeking a proactive Branch Manager in Northumberland to lead a branch and team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service. The role is site-based, with 44 hours per week, and a baseline salary of £31,204 plus potential bonuses.

You will manage branch operations, recruit and deploy staff, and maintain training records while delivering exceptional customer service to local customers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a small team and manage a branch.
• Strong focus on delivering sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a trade/builder’s merchant or retail environment is advantageous.

• Lead the Branch and develop the branch team.
• Ensure efficient day-to-day branch operations.
• Develop relationships with customers to enhance sales and service.
