The position offers a 44-hour week, a basic salary of £33,155 with the potential to earn up to £43,159 with bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and life assurance.

• Oversee attendance and deployment of the team
• Support regional recruitment efforts
• Provide exceptional service and uphold high operational standards
• Maintain training records for Branch staff
