Job summary

Eurocell Group Ltd is recruiting for a Branch Supervisor based on site. The role involves hands-on leadership with the Branch Manager, delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining branch operations to high standards.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day branch activities, manage relationships with customers, and contribute to a positive work environment while upholding health and safety policies across the site.

Qualifications

• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
• A hands-on customer focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers.
• Commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins while ensuring customers are satisfied.
• Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise and use initiative.
• Confident IT user with experience of MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and work closely with the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
• Ensure branch sales targets are achieved and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support delivery of branch operations and assist colleagues as needed.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and stock control within the branch.
