Job summary

Eurocell plc is recruiting a Branch Supervisor for our Inverness site to work closely with the Branch Manager and Trade Counter colleagues, driving service excellence and sales growth. You will be hands-on, lead by example, and develop strong customer relationships to enhance experience and market share.

The role is site-based, 44 hours per week (7am–4:30pm, Mon–Fri; 8am–12pm Sat rota). Base salary is £29,918 with total earnings up to £34,718, plus a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
• Hands-on customer-focused approach and proactive engagement with customers.
• Commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise and use initiative.
• Confident IT user with MS Office and industry software e.g. SAP.
• Full and valid driving licence; FLT licence could be advantageous.
• Ability to cover for the Branch Manager when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in day-to-day branch operations with the Branch Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers.
• Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards and sales targets.
• Support delivery of sales targets while developing customer relationships.
• Assist with branch operations and stock checks as required.
• Support colleagues and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Ensure team compliance with Health and Safety and company policies.
• Conduct stock takes, audits, and maintain branch vehicle records.
• Maintain front-of-house and warehousing housekeeping.
