The role involves warehouse duties, adherence to procedures, and helping the branch run smoothly across a 40-hour week, with Saturday rota. A hands-on, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous industry or merchant experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor within a face-to-face sales environment is essential.
• Willingness to step up to run the branch in the Branch Manager's absence.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls to gain new business.
• Team player and ready to take on a diverse range of branch tasks.
• Keenness to learn with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Branch Manager with day-to-day branch operations and cover in their absence.
• Supervise and support colleagues with guidance, training and feedback to hit targets.
• Serve customers on the trade counter with product knowledge and helpful advice.
