Branch Supervisor - Portsmouth Portfield - Plumb Centre

As a Branch Supervisor at our Portsmouth Portfield branch, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Branch Manager with daily operations, ensuring processes and procedures are efficient and meet company standards
• Leading, supervising, and motivating the team to meet and exceed performance targets and service expectations
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive growth and enhance satisfaction
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high service standards

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
