As a Branch Supervisor based at our Portsmouth Portfield branchyou’ll be responsible for:

Assisting the Branch Manager with the daily operations of the busy branch, ensuring all processes and procedures are carried out efficiently and in line with company standards.

Leading, supervising and motivating the team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets and service expectations.

Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain a high standard of service.

This is a full-time, permanent, role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday along with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
