As a Branch Supervisor based at our Portsmouth Portfield branchyou’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting the Branch Manager with the daily operations of the busy branch, ensuring all processes and procedures are carried out efficiently and in line with company standards.

• Leading, supervising and motivating the team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets and service expectations.

• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain a high standard of service.

This is a full-time, permanent, role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday along with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
