Job summary

GreenThumb Ltd is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for Cambridge & Norwich. You’ll lead a team of Lawn Operatives in the field, coach crews, and drive service quality while managing day-to-day branch performance.

You’ll spend most time in the field, with training, a van, and the support of Head Office. The role offers structured salary reviews, strong holiday entitlement, and clear career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence and right to work in the UK
• Experience leading field-based teams in customer-focused environments
• PA1/PA6 qualifications are a bonus but not essential

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and motivating a team of Lawn Operatives
• Driving branch performance, productivity and customer satisfaction
• Spending around 80% of your time in the field, coaching, observing treatments and supporting or covering crew runs when required
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with GreenThumb standards, policies and health & safety procedures
• Planning workloads and making sure daily schedules and monthly targets are achieved
• Working with Head Office, HR and Training teams to recruit, onboard and develop your people
• Resolving customer queries and helping improve customer retention
• Managing stock, equipment, vehicles, budgets and branch reporting to keep operations running smoothly

What You'll Do
