Job summary

GreenThumb Ltd is hiring a Lawn Care Operative to join our team across your patch, visiting customers to apply treatments and diagnose lawn issues. You’ll provide expert advice, recommend products and services, and perform seasonal machine work such as aerating and scarifying.

Independent, active, outdoors—no two days are the same. We value excellent customer service, a passion for the outdoors, and the right to work in the UK; a full UK manual driving licence is required.

You’ll be the face of GreenThumb across your patch — visiting customers daily to apply treatments, diagnose lawn issues, and spot wider opportunities in the garden. You’ll offer expert advice, recommend the products and services that suit each customer, and handle seasonal machine work (aerating, scarifying, top-dressing). Every visit is a chance to grow the business and build relationships. Independent, active, outdoors — no two days the same.
