GreenThumb, the UK’s leading lawn care provider, is hiring a Lawn Care Operative to visit customers, apply treatments, diagnose lawn issues and spot opportunities in the garden. You’ll offer expert advice, recommend products and handle seasonal machine work. Independent, active, outdoors — no two days the same.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK manual driving licence.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication.
• Enjoy outdoor, active work and be reliable and self-motivated.
• Have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers daily to apply treatments and diagnose lawn issues.
• Advise customers and upsell suitable products and services.
• Handle seasonal machine work (aerating, scarifying, top-dressing).
• Be the face of GreenThumb across your patch and build relationships.

The job, in a nutshell

You’ll be the face of GreenThumb across your patch — visiting customers daily to apply treatments, diagnose lawn issues, and spot wider opportunities in the garden. You’ll offer expert advice, recommend the products and services that suit each customer, and handle seasonal machine work (aerating, scarifying, top-dressing). Every visit is a chance to grow the business and build relationships. Independent, active, outdoors — no two days the same.
