Job summary

GreenThumb Ltd in Brentwood (Essex South) is seeking a Lawn Care Operative for a full-time, permanent role. Work outdoors in the local area, applying lawn treatments, diagnosing issues and helping customers enjoy healthier lawns. No previous experience is required as we provide full training and pesticide qualifications.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with optional overtime. A company van, mobile phone and annual uniform are provided, along with a starting salary of £27,831 plus

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.
• Fully funded training, including pesticide qualifications.

• Applying professional lawn treatments
• Diagnosing common lawn issues and offering advice
• Carrying out seasonal lawn renovations, including aeration and scarification
• Introducing customers to additional GreenThumb services
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service
