Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking an experienced branch leader to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction at a busy UK branch. You will lead daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure safe, compliant practices while delivering sales growth.

You will optimize staffing within budget, monitor KPIs, and act as the senior on-site leader to maintain high standards of service, safety, and branch appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the branch, ensuring smooth, safe, and legally compliant processes.

• Ensure branch labour is effectively deployed within budget to meet service and trading needs.
• Monitor and manage performance against key KPIs, including sales, margin, cost control, and compliance.
• Take ownership when acting as the most senior leader on site, ensuring branch standards, safety, and service are maintained.
