Euro Car Parts Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day operation across retail, warehouse and fleet. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will develop people, maintain service standards and drive operational excellence.

You will coach teams, manage stock and KPI performance, handle customer queries and ensure safe, compliant operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people development with commercial awareness to grow branch performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver outstanding service.
• Knowledge of stock control and operational processes.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence business performance.
• Confidence working with operational systems and reporting tools.
• Flexible approach and ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Leading the operation: support day-to-day running across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinating resources for smooth, efficient operations and high service levels.
• Drive operational excellence by upholding standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock takes.
• Ensure pick-to-manifest targets and customer service SLAs are met.
• Oversee returns, warranties, and reverse logistics processes.
