Harlow Timber Group is seeking a diligent Branch Administrator for our Halstead site. You will work closely with the team to meet daily deadlines, support procurement, stock control, and customer coordination while upholding our environmental and safety policies.

Responsibilities include managing Biztrack records, processing deliveries, and maintaining ISO docs. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and proactive issue resolution at our Halstead location.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Manage stock control for inventory and consumables with accurate levels.
• Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for procurement.
• Record chain of custody for timber products and ensure industry compliance.
• Process goods-in deliveries and update records in Biztrack.
• Resolve delivery and quality issues with suppliers and arrange solutions.
• Raise sales orders for customer call-offs and monitor fulfilment.
• Maintain and update Biztrack deliveries and order statuses.
• Coordinate one-off sales orders including transport and delivery dates.
• Build strong customer relationships through prompt responses and issue resolution.
• Investigate invoice queries and process credit notes accurately.
• Prepare customer site documentation packs for projects.
• Assist with quarterly stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Log non-conformities and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain ISO documentation and keep records audit-ready.
• Support wider operations with additional admin tasks as required.
