Job summary

Euro Car Parts Limited is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy branch. You will support branch operations, assist with deliveries, make sure orders are accurate and on time, and help customers at the trade counter. A flexible, team‑oriented approach and a full UK driving licence are essential.

You will play a vital role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting Click & Collect, and upholding health and safety standards while delivering excellent service every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Basic IT skills and handheld devices confidence.

Responsibilities

• Support every aspect of branch operation to deliver excellent service.
• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Assist at trade counter and with Click & Collect.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive experience.
• Support warehouse operations including picking, packing and stock checks.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and maintain vehicle standards.
• Use delivery technology accurately and safely.
