Euro Car Parts Ltd. in Portsmouth is seeking a Branch Assistant to help keep the branch moving. You'll be on the go delivering products, supporting warehouse operations and assisting customers at the trade counter, playing a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support is desirable.
• Full, clean UK driving licence required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time to customers.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders; assist with goods receiving and stock movements.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily checks and inventory procedures.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep company vehicles clean and compliant.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and support branch audits and governance.
