You will support deliveries, warehouse tasks and customer service at the trade counter, helping to keep the branch running smoothly and ensuring a high standard of service for customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a close-knit team and using handheld devices and ePOD systems to manage stock, orders and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support experience preferred.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety practices.
• Basic IT skills and comfort with handheld devices.
• Flexible, reliable and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders; assist with stock movements and dispatch.
• Maintain stock accuracy and support warehouse organisation.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep company vehicles compliant.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and complete training and audits.
• Attend team briefings and contribute to branch performance.
