The People Pod is seeking a Branch Manager for our Bolton installations hub, a flagship operation serving major insurers with over 40 years of success.

Lead installation teams, ensure high standards, and keep operations running smoothly, without being on-site daily. This role suits someone with hands-on trade experience who wants to move into leadership while staying connected to the trade.

Qualifications

• Background in fitting windows/doors or joinery (trade)
• Leadership ability
• Organised, detail-focused, proactive
• Problem-solving mindset

Responsabilités

• Manage and support multiple installation teams
• Ensure jobs are completed right the first time with quality and efficiency
• Organise stock, deliveries and depot housekeeping
• Deal directly with customers to arrange remedials and resolve issues
• Keep vans and teams fully equipped and compliant
• Be hands-on in problem-solving without being on the tools full-time
