Job summary

FBR Construction Recruitment is seeking a full-time Installation Manager for a long-standing window and doors contractor on the Hampshire/Wiltshire border. You will oversee domestic installations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across up to five installation teams.

You will lead a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, manage supervisors and operators, and work with QA to resolve non-conformities while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have proven windows and doors knowledge.
• Experience as Installation Manager or similar role.
• Ability to manage and mentor multiple teams and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to hit installation targets.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with QA to resolve non-conformities and implement actions.
• Manage and mentor supervisors, team leaders and operators.
• Promote accountability, safety and continuous improvement culture.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
