Job summary

MacGregor Recruitment are specialists for the Fenestration sector. A Branch Manager is sought in Sheffield for a multi-site business supplying pvcu and aluminium windows, doors, skylights and bi-folding doors.

You will lead a team of six, drive customer service excellence, manage the trade counter, quotes, orders and warehouse, and ensure sales growth aligns with budgets and targets. Monday–Friday with a monthly branch bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in the window & door trade supply sector is essential.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Organised, customer-centric and proactive in approach.
• Commerciality and sales flair.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6, ensuring trade customers receive excellent service.
• Develop relationships with existing and potential customers, resolving queries and issues.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations: trade counter, quoting/order processing and warehouse operations.
• Ensure branch sales develop in line with budgets and targets.
• Inspire and support your team, training and coaching as required.
• Open, close, bank, and report branch figures.

Due to internal promotion we are recruiting for a Branch Manager in Sheffield on behalf of a successful multi-site business that supplies the trade with a wide range of pvcu and aluminium windows, doors, skylights and bi-folding doors.

Branch Manager role:

• To lead a team of 6, ensuring that your trade customers receive an excellent service every time
• To develop relationships with existing and potential customers, answering queries and expertly resolve any issues that may arise
• Overseeing the day to day branch operations, managing the trade counter, quoting/order processing and warehouse operations
• Ensure that the branch sales develop in line with budgets and targets
• Inspiring and supporting your team, training and coaching as required
• Opening, closing, banking, reporting branch figures etc

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience gained within the window & door trade supply sector is essential
• Strong people and communication skills – the ability to build and develop great customer and colleague relationships
• The successful candidate will be organised, customer centric, and proactive in approach
• Commerciality and sales flair – able to spot and develop commercial opportunities
• Driving Licence is essential
