The People Pod Limited in Aylesford is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our busy Windows & Doors Installations team. Move from hands-on fitting to a leadership role while staying connected to the trade.

You will manage multiple installation crews, ensure jobs are completed right first time, organise stock and deliveries, and handle customer remedials. The role offers training, pension, holiday, mileage, and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Background in fitting windows/doors or joinery.
• Leadership experience or ability to supervise teams.
• Organised, detail-focused and proactive.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support multiple installation teams.
• Ensure jobs are completed right the first time with quality and efficiency.
• Organise stock, deliveries and depot housekeeping.
• Deal directly with customers to arrange remedials and resolve issues.
• Keep vans and teams fully equipped and compliant.
• Be hands-on in problem-solving without being on the tools full-time.
