The People Pod Limited in Aylesford is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our busy Windows & Doors Installations team. Move from hands-on fitting to a leadership role while staying connected to the trade.

You will manage multiple installation crews, ensure jobs are completed right first time, organise stock and deliveries, and handle customer remedials. The role offers training, pension, holiday, mileage, and clear progression.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with hands‑on fitting or trade experience who wants to move into a management role, leading installation teams, keeping operations smooth, and ensuring everything runs to the highest standard.
