Access Garage Doors Ltd in Watford is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Watford branch and drive growth. You will oversee daily operations, manage a small team, and support customers and order processing.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate installations, stock, and customer enquiries. A full UK driving licence is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role.

Access Garage Doors are one of the South East’s longest-established and most respected garage door and entrance door specialists, proudly serving customers since 1976.

As the largest garage door group in the South, we continue to invest in growth, expansion, and delivering outstanding customer service across the region.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Watford branch. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the branch, manage a small team, support customers, and help drive continued growth and success.

The Role / Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Watford branch

• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office and order management systems
• Able to lead by example in a hands-on working environment

• Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)
• Experience within garage doors, construction, builders merchants, home improvements or trade-related industries
• Experience scheduling installations or coordinating operational teams
• Knowledge of stock handling and goods checking

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 7.30am -5pm
• Saturday: 9am – 12.30pm on a rota basis
