Job summary

Sensory Audiology & Optical Recruitment collaborates with a long-standing family-run hearing and eye care company to deliver outstanding customer care and eyecare services. The role leads a branch team, drives sales targets, and ensures clinical excellence through staff coaching and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, retail operations experience, and familiarity with POS systems, with a focus on delivering a personal, professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, ideally in optics, audiology, or healthcare.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to consistently provide outstanding customer service
• Manage all branch operations, including meeting sales targets and driving business growth
• Oversee staff training, coaching and performance management
• Ensure every customer receives expert advice and the highest quality of care
• Oversee stock management, compliance, and day-to-day branch efficiency
• Support and collaborate with Optometrists and Hearing Aid Audiologists to maintain clinical excellence
• Engage with the local community to promote the branch and build strong customer relationships
• Maintain compliance with Company policies, health and safety standards and regulatory requirements
