Sensory Audiology & Optical Recruitment is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy optics/audiology branch and drive excellent customer service. You will inspire a dedicated team, manage daily operations, and push for sales growth while upholding high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a retail manager, ideally in optics, audiology or healthcare.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication abilities.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Manage all branch operations, including meeting sales targets and driving growth.
• Oversee staff training, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure every customer receives expert advice and high quality care.
• Oversee stock management, compliance and day-to-day branch efficiency.
• Collaborate with Optometrists and Hearing Aid Audiologists to maintain clinical excellence.
• Engage with the local community to promote the branch and build relationships.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards.
