GSF Car Parts is seeking a high-caliber Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of the Slough branch, drive sales and service excellence, and manage stock movement. The role requires proven leadership, staff development, and a proactive approach to achieving KPI targets within a FMCG/automotive context.

You will manage a diverse team, set high standards, and collaborate with senior management on budgeting while ensuring health and safety compliance and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a diverse branch team.
• Proven management background with a track record of achieving KPI targets.
• Strong sales focus and customer service orientation; industry background desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage and motivate the branch team.
• Set and monitor targets for individuals and ensure skills are developed.
• Work with Management Team on annual budget.
• Maintain inventory levels with Product Management to meet demand.
• Analyse and present management information as required.
• Use reports and data to support growth and improve performance.
• Ensure health and safety compliance at the branch.
• Oversee smooth day-to-day branch operations.
