The role focuses on coaching staff, delivering positive outcomes for members and maintaining operational excellence in a trusted regional lender environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and motivating teams in a retail/financial services environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and positive financial conversations for members.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with resilience and empathy, including vulnerable customers.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution and team-building skills with the ability to inspire others.
• Understanding of FCA rules, Consumer Duty and relevant financial products (savings, mortgages, insurance).
• Comfort using performance data and new systems to support branch operations and improvements.
