Johnsons the Cleaners, part of the Timpson Group, is seeking a Branch Manager for its Dry Cleaning and Laundry operation. You will lead daily branch activities, ensure policy adherence, and drive sales and profitability while maintaining high standards.

We value personality and customer focus. The role requires flexibility across activities, with 40-hour weeks (5 days, including weekends) and the potential for uncapped weekly bonuses. Basic wage starts at £13.00 per hour after a trial period.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Dry Cleaning branch to maximise sales and profit while maintaining high standards.

• Work with Area Managers to ensure effective running of the area.
