Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care in the United Kingdom is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy optical and hearing care branch. You will guide a dedicated team, drive sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining professional standards.

You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor staff, oversee stock and compliance, and collaborate with clinicians to sustain clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience with leadership and people management skills.
• Background in optics, audiology or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with POS systems.
