Job summary

Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care in Birmingham is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dedicated team, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of eye and hearing care in a customer-focused environment.

You will inspire staff, manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with clinicians, engage the local community, and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.

Commercial awareness is essential, along with a proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems and developing your team. Basic I.T. skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are also required.
