Job summary

Plumb Centre in Dundee is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, support staff, and deliver excellent service to trade customers across the counter and workshop.

You will manage the branch P&L, drive sales, supervise warehouse activities, coach colleagues, optimise stock levels, and build strong rapport with suppliers while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous industry or merchant experience preferable.
• Experience managing a branch team.
• Previous responsibility of P&L within a branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day to day running and operations within the branch.
• Supporting branch staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Serving customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
• Building rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to queries and processing sales.
• General warehouse duties including, goods in & out, picking and packing customer orders.
