Plumb Centre in Dundee, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, support staff, and deliver expert product guidance at the trade counter. We seek someone with previous branch leadership and P&L experience who can build strong supplier and customer relationships.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, a competitive salary, bonus potential and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous industry or merchant experience is preferable.
• Prior experience in managing a branch team.
• Previous responsibility of P&L within a branch environment.

Responsabilités

• Managing day-to-day branch operations and running the site.
• Supporting branch staff with guidance, training and feedback.
• Serving customers at the trade counter with product knowledge.
• Building rapport with customers and suppliers, handling queries and sales.
• General warehouse duties including goods in/out, picking and packing orders.
