Job summary

Rhodium Consulting is recruiting for a Branch Manager role in Warwick, within an established Electrical Wholesale business. You will lead a small local team, drive sales, manage budgets, and take responsibility for branch profitability.

The successful candidate will have current Electrical Wholesale experience with a supervisory background, a strong sales track record, and a valid driving licence, in a fast-paced branch environment.

Working hours - Monday to Friday only - no weekends

Salary - up to £55K dep on exp. + bonuses + company car, laptop, mobile phone

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially aware Branch Manager to join a well established Electrical Wholesale business located in Warwick.

We're seeking someone who is experienced in the industry, self-motivated, and keen to help build a branch further.

Skills/Experience

• Strong sales background, confident working in a sales-focused environment and able to build lasting relationships with customers.
