Role Description The Branch Manager role at SRM Electrical Warwick Branch is a full-time, Internal / External position based in Warwick. The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, including managing inventory, coordinating order processing, and ensuring timely customer deliveries and collections. This position leads and supports the branch team, sets performance expectations, and promotes a safe, efficient working environment. The Branch Manager engages with key customers and suppliers, providing product guidance, handling escalated queries, and maintaining strong commercial relationships. The role also includes monitoring financial performance, implementing sales initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve service, processes, and profitability.
