Job summary

Rhodium Consulting is seeking a Branch Manager for an Electrical Wholesale branch in East Sussex. You will be responsible for profit, sales targets, budgets and reporting to senior management. Lead a busy team and work with the Sales Manager to maximise sales and grow the customer base.

The role requires a strong sales background, driving licence and the ability to perform in a fast-paced branch environment. Benefits include a company car, pension, healthcare and mobile phone.

Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for the profit of the Branch, ensuring sales targets are met, monitoring budgets and reporting back to senior management.
• Working with and motivating the internal team to ensure best results from all staff.
• Working closely with the Sales Manager to maximise the branch’s sales and continually developing the customer base.
• Communicating with other branches and Head Office team.
• Sales development with new and existing customers.

Skills/Experience:

• Electrical Wholesale experience.
• Driving Licence.
• The ability to work effectively within in a very fast-paced, busy branch.
• Strong sales background, confident working in a sales-focused environment and able to build lasting relationships with customers.
