City Plumbing is seeking a Branch Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a busy team, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service. You will motivate colleagues, manage resources and ensure targets are met across trade and retail customers.

You will build trusted relationships, interpret financial data and promote an inclusive culture while safely managing operations. A proactive, results-driven approach and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

As a Branch Manager, you will be a natural leader with excellent communication and organisation skills, enabling you to motivate and develop your team. You will identify and capitalise on every sales opportunity, inspiring your customers with the perfect solutions for their requirements. The Branch Manager will be an expert at building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships to ensure that everything we do enables us to deliver on our promises to our customers and exceed expectations. You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way!
