Job summary

Wolseley Ipswich Plumb Centre is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service from our Ipswich branch.

You will manage a great team, build relationships with suppliers and customers, uphold safety standards and KPIs, and contribute to profitable growth in a fast-paced trade environment.

Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager based in Ipswich , you'll be responsible for:

• Management of all day to day aspects of branch operations adhering to company policies and procedures
• Leading, developing and inspiring the great team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets
• Focusing on sales and growth
