Job summary

Wolseley Group in Cwmbran, South Wales, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations and drive sales performance. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring branch KPIs are met.

As a Branch Manager based in Cwmbran you’ll be responsible for:

• Management of all day to day aspects of branch operations adhering to company policies and procedures

• Leading, developing and inspiring the great team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets

• Focusing on sales and growth and building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
