Job summary

Wolseley UK is seeking a Branch Manager for the Barry, South Wales branch to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales and customer service excellence, and develop a high-performing team.

The role offers a competitive salary plus a £5,500 car allowance, two uncapped quarterly incentives, generous benefits and opportunities to progress within the Wolseley Talent Guild.

Candidates will oversee branch KPIs, safety standards, and stakeholder relations with suppliers and customers.
