Linley and Simpson in Ilkley is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the lettings and sales team, drive branch performance, and deliver exceptional service.

The role is full-time and permanent with a base salary of £30,000-£32,000. You will manage profitability, develop staff, and work to grow market share while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Experience of working successfully in a targeted lettings environment and managing a branch.
• Driving licence.
• Willingness to attain ARLA/CeLA P qualification.

• Grow market share in the branch area year on year while meeting branch and personal targets.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients from the branch.
• Motivate and develop the team and maintain a great place to work.
• Acquire and maintain leading market share and margin.
• Carry out performance reviews, one-to-ones, and return-to-work interviews.
• Hold structured team meetings to drive performance.
• Support the Lettings & Investment Manager’s lettings business.
• Manage and resolve branch complaints escalated.
• Cross-sell services by referring potential business to other departments.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as aBranch Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Ilkley. You'll enjoy a standard workweek ofMonday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and Friday 9-5pm.

The basic salary: £30,000-£32,000

The role:

• Accountable for overall branch performance and profitability in line with business plan
• Actively ensures growth of market share in branch area, year on year, regardless of market conditions, whilst continually meeting all branch and personal targets
• Accountable for the branch delivering exceptional service to clients
• Motivates and develops their team and creates a ‘great place to work’ culture whilst ensuring all staff aware of and achieve branch targets
• Acquires and maintains leading market share and with a significant margin
• Carrys out meaningful performance reviews, one to ones, return to work interviews with their team
• Hold structured, motivational team meetings that inspire their team.
• Supports the Lettings & Investment Manager’s lettings business in line with the business plan
• Successfully manages and resolves branch complaints which have been escalated
• Ensure that there is cross selling of our services throughout the company by referring potential business to different departments
• Commenced qualification study/gained ARLA or CeLAP qualification or willingness to attain.
