Job summary

Wolseley UK Limited in Cwmbran, South Wales, is hiring a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and nurture a high-performing team. The role is full-time and permanent, working 40 hours per week with a competitive package including car allowance and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Management of all day to day aspects of branch operations adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Leading, developing and inspiring the great team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets.
• Focusing on sales and growth and building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.

• A solid background in management in trade sector.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• A passion for nurturing team development.
• A strong track record in sales & operational excellence within a customer facing environment.
• Commercial acumen and ability to execute plans to deliver profitable results.
