Job summary

Wolseley Group in Barry, South Wales, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations at the Plumb Centre. You will manage the team, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales while hitting branch KPIs and maintaining safety standards.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a competitive salary plus a £5,500 car allowance and a strong benefits package, including pension and holiday allowance. Prior trade-sector management and leadership experience are preferred.

As a Branch Manager based in Barry you’ll be responsible for:

• Management of all day to day aspects of branch operations adhering to company policies and procedures
• Leading, developing and inspiring the great team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets
• Focusing on sales and growth and building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch
• Take a hands-on approach to branch management, supporting all areas of the business and leading by example to ensure operational excellence.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
