Connells Group UK is seeking an experienced estate agency professional to step into a Branch Manager role in Blandford Forum. You’ll lead a team, drive sales and win instructions while developing your leadership skills through structured training and coaching.

The role is ideal for someone with a strong sales record, valuation and listing experience, and a proactive, organised approach. A full UK driving licence is required and there is clear career progression within Connells Group.

We’re looking for an experienced estate agent, Sales Negotiator or Lister ready to step into a Branch Manager role at Connells in Blandford Forum.

You don’t need previous management experience. Bring your estate agency experience, drive and willingness to learn, and we’ll provide the training, coaching and support to help you become a confident branch leader.

Your Role

You’ll stay close to what you enjoy about estate agency while building your leadership skills:

• Value and list properties, win instructions and grow local market share
• Support, motivate and develop your team
• Drive sales and help the branch achieve its targets
• Build lasting relationships with sellers and buyers
• Take ownership of day-to-day branch performance, with guidance as you develop

What We’re Looking For
