Job summary

Connells Group UK is seeking an experienced estate agency professional to step into a Branch Manager role in Blandford Forum. You’ll lead a team, drive sales and win instructions while developing your leadership skills through structured training and coaching.

The role is ideal for someone with a strong sales record, valuation and listing experience, and a proactive, organised approach. A full UK driving licence is required and there is clear career progression within Connells Group.

• Lead, coach and motivate a branch team to hit targets.

• Take ownership of branch performance and agree actions with leadership.
