Job summary

LBS Builders Merchants Ltd in Carmarthen is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to run the branch efficiently, profitably, and with a strong customer focus. You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and lead by example to drive performance, compliance, and outstanding results.

You will oversee daily operations, lead and develop the team, build relationships with customers and suppliers, and drive sales growth while managing purchasing, stock, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in builders’ merchant, retail, or trade environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• A customer-first mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to take full responsibility for the efficient, profitable, and customer-focused running of our branch. Hours of work:An average of 41.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm. No weekends!
