• Manage day-to-day Branch operations and staffing to deliver excellence.
• Coordinate absences and deployment within the team.
• Support regional teams with recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain sales targets.
• Train and maintain training records for Branch staff.
