Job summary

Eurocell plc are seeking a Trade Branch Manager to lead their own branch and team, delivering excellence and driving sales and market share within the building industry. You will develop strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience while meeting branch targets.

The role is site-based with 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday and Saturday on a rota, offering a competitive basic salary and a generous bonus scheme along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, lead by example, and focus on driving their team to reach sales targets.
• Customer-focused approach, happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers.
• Commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, ensuring customers are satisfied.
• Good organisational skills, drive and leadership abilities to manage a Branch effectively.
• Full and valid driving license is essential. Strong management skills and experience leading a team.
• Experience in a similar management role in trade/ builders merchant/ retail, glazing or uPVC environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead their Branch, and use their team management skills to lead and develop a small team
• Ensure their Branch operates as effectively as possible
• Develop relationships with their customers, and enhance the sales and customer experience within the branch
• Manage day to day Branch operations and the branch team in order to deliver excellence
• Manage team absences and deployment
• Support the regional teams with recruitment
• Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards and ensure Branch sales targets are achieved
• Support training and maintain training records for Branch staff
